Please read below Terms and Conditions which define the principles of the VillaMazury.pl

  1. In the high season 2019  VillaMazury.pl  has to be rented for a minimum of 7 days from Saturday to Saturday .
  1. Rents Villa Masuria depends on the rental period (see price list).
  1. Accepted forms of payment: bank transfer, cash.
  1. Rental period starts from 17:00 on the day of arrival until 10:00 on the day of departure.
  1. The condition of booking the VillaMazury.pl is to pay a “reservation fee” as well as signing the lease of agreement.
  1.  In case of cancellation “reservation fee” is not refundable.
  1. In case of failure of all or part of your stay, the tenant is not entitled to a refund of the amount paid or lowering the price of the service for the unused period.
  1. On the day of arrival deposit has to be paid which will cover possible losses and damage resulting from the fault of the tenant. After the settlement of losses deposit is returned on the day of departure.
  1. Inside the building there is a total ban on smoking. Smoking is only allowed outside the building.
  1. Guests who arrive with pets must obtain the consent of VillaMazury.pl.
  1. Villa Mazury is not responsible for the loss of health and loss of or damage to property Tenants and guests.
  1. Due to fire safety it is forbidden to use the in-room heaters, irons and similar electrical appliances which are not constitute the permanent equipment of the rooms. Inside the property, it is also forbidden to use so called “open fire”.
  1. Children and minors residing in the facility should remain under the care of adults and their full responsibility.
  1. Lessee shall bear liability for any damage or destruction of the equipment and technical equipment arising from his fault or the fault of people visiting him. The tenant should notify VillaMazury.pl about the damage immediately after its discovery.
  1. The tenant has no right to transfer the object to a third party, even if the period has not expired, for which he paid the fee due for the stay.
  1. The behaviour of building occupants should not disturb other residents of the estate.
  1. Failure to follow these rules will result in immediate breaking the agreement with the Renter and thus the need to immediately leave the building. In cases requiring police intervention tenant must reckon with the legal consequences.
